Anxiety is trying to creep it's way in again but I'm doing my best to keep it at bay.
I did my best to stay busy and to pay more attention to what & how much I was eating, unlike the constant grazing that I did yesterday.
Drank my water.
Got my workout in.
Hubby told me tonight, that he was proud of me for working out😀
