Happy Dance .. Building my Foundation

My commitment this year is to focus on building and securing my foundation.
Verses focusing on a specific number. If I build and support my foundation
the weight will come off as a result. Also I've gained and lost more weight than
I can account for. Going up as high as 260-280 and going down to 184. Gaining
half it back to be where I'm at right now at 213. Like many others, learning how to
achieve proper maintenance is critical. I think because I was always focused on
the weight number and not a life style change.
The weight might come off this time a 1/2 pound or pound at a time and I'm okay with that.
Gone are the days that I'm starving. Today, I'm making sure I'm healthy. I'm making
sure that I have enough calories eaten for the day, for me which is 1200-1400, and
my carbs under 60. That's the routine that's working for me. I'll tweak and adjust as

I feel wonderful and proud that I've honored my commitment to myself.
