Day 47

Sunday, January 21, 2018

Well, anxiety is hanging on like a b*t¢h and won't let go!
Went out shopping with hubby and that went alright.
Found out that my best friend, who's not near by, is in the hospital and I want to be there in the worst way but at the moment thoughts and prayers will have to do.
Also found out tonight that a person I know, close to home, died suddenly while ice fishing. He was 44 yrs old with a family ... Died of a heart attack, they think, his 10 yr old son by his side & his wife got word while at work.
My intake was fair, over on cals a bit but not horrendous.
My workout was good!
New day tomorrow ...

Thoughts & prayers for my friend in the hospital and also for the family left behind are welcomed and appreciated

And there goes the anxiety. emoticon person sick and another dead. I have a friend clinging to life and I can't go to see her cuz I have a phobia of germs. At least at the moment, until this flu thing quiets down...I am not taking any chances. Life has been crazy, but it is my fault since I decided to change things up a bit and start snow shoeing and various other things...I'll fill you in after I get my results back from my background's all good. My worst anxiety comes when I am in the grocery's like I can't stand around...have to get in and get out as fast as I can.. and it is so not like me...oh I understand the why... and I understand the ties to addiction and not eating every carb in the aisle of my dreams...the chip aisle...I have been to therapy for this crazy sh* is insane that I have such an addiction to processed carbs...I actually get sad when I don't have them for a few bad? My younger daughter sends me chips for my birthday and mother's day and every holiday...and yes, I look forward to them and I eat them...I told her that she is enabling my addiction....but send them anyway. emoticon She's least you don't have a normal addiction. True. But why the crazy anxiety crap? right? Love you girl! You are doing great...we will get through all this. emoticon emoticon
