My biggest change for 2018 was to add additional paid instructor classes to my teaching schedule. I had found in the past it was too easy to make excuses to miss additional workouts, so after 2.5 weeks of regular 3 classes a week, 3 practice workouts on those days & daily 3 mile walks, I am finally breaking through the number roadblock on the scales. Now it does help that I am getting involved with a study group which is to focus on is 84 days, involving food tracking, protein capsules, blood work, urine & stool samples...wondering if I will be part of the actual capsule group or the placebo group...fasting is a part of the blood work screening. I feel so blessed to be part of the initial screening passing of no regular medication, normal healthy BMI & no chronic illnesses to eliminate me...Gotta love science!

So with my extra classes, I am sleeping better ...7 hours 3 days in a row...keeping my eating on track with my snacking challenge group & feeling stronger daily...

Now if I can ONLY remember to wear my fitbit EVERY walk I take...missed a 3 miler today so i added an extra 1 to make up for it....WI was a good one 2 weeks in a row! 1 pound a week, that I will take! emoticon
