Hmmm, went up a few pounds this week. Need to reset goals?

So today marks my one month anniversary here on Sparkpeople. Yay !
I've really enjoyed using all of the tools and meeting people to help inspire me in this weight loss journey. This week, I went up a few pounds on my weigh-in, but I didn't think I had gotten off track...so now I'm wondering if I need to lower my daily calorie intake or something. Or maybe give it another week to see if it is a fluke? haha. I don't know, I'd love to hear your guys' take on it.
I did look at my fitness minutes and I didn't do as much cardio over the week as usual, so I'm going to make that a focus this week to see if I can improve my weekly results. I'm still down 3 lbs. for the month, and I knew I was taking it slow. But that seems reeeeeally slow. lol
