Not What I Was Expecting

Well, I had the best week I've ever had for calories in vs calories out. I was on point with my food and went to the gym every weekday morning getting in over 6 hours of exercise. I was so excited to get on the scale this morning because I thought I was going to reach my next big goal...NOPE. I have gained one pound.
At first I was shocked, then sad, then I started to try to figure out why. My only guess is that I am gaining muscle. I have been working really hard at the gym and I can feel differences in my body and my clothes are falling off of me.
I am going to keep pushing and working hard to lose weight. Hopefully the scale will be nicer to me next Sunday.
