Good morning! I think my battery is running low! LOL I've started 3 different workouts this morning and couldn't get pass the warm-up. My legs feel like rubber, right knee says no way, and my brain can't keep up. I ate breakfast hoping to get energy but now my tummy thinks it's starving! It won't shut up & I put 300 calories in it! Please energy come back!! and save the day!
Maybe what my problem is: Friday I found out the house I wanted to buy failed the home inspection. It took me a year to find a home that I thought was going to be great!. I've been trying to move to WA. All of my family has grown up and moved out of AZ. I'm left here alone. I was trying to get closer to my son & his family. Wanted to watch my grandkids grow up. The news that I'm not moving got me depressed.
Sunday I went over on my calories- Monday I did according to my plan but I did cut short one of my workouts by 15 min- was tired. Today I can't get going. Still
take my puppy in for dental work. Need to stop at store. Maybe when I get home I can be charged up and ready to go again!!
My tummy keeps telling me it's hungry but I've fed it! It's doesn't need any more food. I've been drinking water- it's not helping. Maybe running around this morning will help!
