Jan 1st reminder & Jan 31st update!! Am I on track-- Let's see!! This was my promise to myself at the beginning of the year!


HAPPY NEW YEAR! GOOD THINGS ARE GOING TO HAPPEN THIS 2018!

Jan. 1, 2018 Monday.

Good morning. The day and the year are beginning and I am ready to go. I'm starting 2018 off with a plan.

Today, I promise I will not give up!

I pledge that no matter, how many ups and downs I pass through, I will continue on my journey.

I pledge to make a NEW START today, and forgive myself for my past, and to stop being so critical of myself.

I pledge to take control of myself, to stop making excuses, and stop blaming other people or situations

I pledge to treat myself as I would my best friend, because that is who I am.

I pledge to stay in the race and to be a WINNER!

WEIGHT GOAL PLAN

Beginning weight; Jan. 1, 2018 244.4 UPDATE: 01/31/18 233.4 (-11#'S) emoticon

My beginning plan.

ST 3 (20 min) x a week
Cardio 3 (30 min) x a week; take 8 weeks to get up to 250 min. cardio weekly--(wk 2 do 30min; wk 3 do 35 min; wk 4 do 40min; wk; 5 do 45min; wk 6 do 4 days; wk 7 do 5 days; wk 8 do 6 day
This is to start-- In 8 weeks I will add walking to this.

Eat between 1370-1720 daily calorie goal -New goal 1290-1640
Brkft- 6-6:30 am; Lunch 11am: Snack 2:30-3 pm; Dinner 6-7pm
Eat 5 servings Fruit & veggies
Drink 7-8 glasses water
Maintain a menu and follow it.
Keep junk food out of the house. (stick to low calorie treats-)

I usually waited until 9-11am to eat brkft to keep from munching all day. It's seems like when I eat in the morning I let out Miss Pacman; I'm trying to learn how to control her. The last 3 days it's been working. (update--Sometimes eat by 7 am-- do get munchies; still need works)

To help distract me from eating I have color pages to do and yarn to crochet. And if that gets boring I'll find some other things- like redoing my photo albums. The years have made them fall apart.

I have meals, workouts, pet meds all on my phone calendar- I like that! sends me reminders to water plants, give dog bath, etc. Now to start adding house chores to my list.

I can do this!! And if I get sidetracked I NEED ALL SPARKER'S TO HUNT ME DOWN AND MAKE ME ACCOUNTABLE!! I've got this!! HERE'S TO A GREAT YEAR AHEAD!

Jan 2018 end of month results are emoticon and ahead of schedule emoticon

LOST 11 POUNDS! LOST 6 INCHES TOTAL! And fitness minutes reflect increase in fitness!! Still struggle with eating breakfast early without munching all day. Freggies are emoticon Doing better at water--most days 8 some 7 ! I'm ahead in weight loss goal Yippee! emoticon Check back end of Feb for new results!!
