It's February and I am off to a great start! Yesterday 135 fitness minutes! Today is going great too! Spent an hour in hot tub; 30-min ST; 34 min walking!! Still going STRONG!
Remember you only get credit for what you finish not what you start!! I am going to finish this--
Goal -- 179 by end of the year
227.4 by the end of Feb!!
