OOPS! UP-- 0.8
I ate several crackers the other night and the salt did me in. Now watch it be gone tomorrow.
This morning I looked over my Jan reports on calories & nutrients. My calories are starting to even out! Getting better at it. Protein, carbs, and fat are good! boy was there a big difference on sodium levels during the weeks we posted. Need to improve on fiber, calcium, iron, potassium, (but some of that might not get track right)
71 min fitness! 1 hour in hot tub--that makes me happy!!-- Plan to work in yard today and take dogs for a walk!!
