Last night I didn't get to the gym until 9:30 p.m. But, I went! I got my cardio workout done! And what's surprising to me I did not stop nearly as many times as I have before! I can see where I am starting to get stronger and have more stamina on the elliptical! That makes me so proud of myself. I hope that I am finally building some muscle. The more muscle I build, the more fat I can burn! I like that I am getting stronger. I am so proud of myself so far!
I got my upper body workout done this morning. I even packed my lunch for the day. I had the EAS chocolate protein with milk for breakfast. I've managed to stick to my plan 90% of the week. I think I really need to get better about no cheating until Sunday and about making my meal plan ahead of time and fully sticking to it!!
I so got this!! I can't wait to see what I look like at the end of this 12 week journey! And what I will look like right before heading to Jamaica!!! At least I will have this to look back on when I need to see how far I've come!
