Today was another day for cardio! I got it done later in the day but I did get it done! I woke up yesterday not feeling good I had a sore throat and a slight cough. Now I've got this cough and losing my voice and sore throat still going on. But I still went and completed my day of cardio. So that's two weeks in a row of working out 6 days a week!

Like I said, today was another cardio day. I did 20 minutes on the elliptical today. The good news is that I did all 20 minutes with stopping even ONCE!!!! I did all TWENTY MINUTES WITHOUT STOPPING!!!! I was so excited! But the last couple of times that I've been doing the cardio I've used the HIIT app. So its a 5 minute warm up, 3 minutes of low intensity, then 1 minute high intensity, and it continues til I've completed 21 minutes. I figured that this would help me increase my cardio workouts.

Now that we are in to Chapter 2, here are my NSV (Non scale victories) that I've learned from Chapter 1:

1. I have a little more energy.
2. I'm not as tired as I used to be.
3. I'm getting stronger.
4. I'm not eating as much in one meal.

So with tomorrow being my free day, I plan to meal prep my lunches and snacks for the week. I want to be much more prepared for next week. I can't wait to see the scale start going down but for now I'll stick with my NSV!!!
