Chapter 2: Pages 4-12

I ended up getting sick! Finally went to the doctor and found out I had bronchitis and and upper respiratory infection. I tried to go workout but only managed one complete night of cardio and one 5 minute night of cardio. I ended up sleeping over 12 hours a night while I was sick. I did not keep up my water intake. I just did not feel good. I was coughing so much that my ribs, and sides were sore and painful.

Now that I feel better and can breathe, I'm back on my routine. Which means I was up at 5:30 A.M and in the gym to get my workout done. But I got it done and I increased the weight on everything. I'm so proud of myself! I'm being consistent. I'm not letting sickness or anything else derail me. I just took a break to get better and let my body rest.

On a good note, I've lost 14.2 lbs so far. I'm so very proud of myself! I've stuck to my plans. I've created a routine for myself. I'm finally seeing the results of my hard work. I've finally been consistent long enough to see the scale move down. I've also noticed that some of my clothes are fitting a little better. Not quite as tight as they were so that's progress too!!!
