It's never to late!

Here's a morning thought (that I stole from SP "MOVEIT" mini challenge)

"Know that it's never too late. No matter how old you are, how unfit you feel or how long you've been inactive, research shows that starting a more active lifestyle now—through consistent, moderate-intensity activity—can make you healthier and improve your quality of life."
THAT'S WHAT I LEARNED SINCE OCT. 22, 2018. I honestly couldn't do very much. It hurt to move at times. My lower back & hip & right knee ached anytime I stood up for more that 3 minutes. I kept complaining to the doctor. They gave me exercises for my lower back & hip. Which were impossible to do. So I heehawed about it. Anyhow for some reason almost a year later I got up off my butt. And for no apartment reason I lost 10#'s in ONE week. I took that as a sign that this time I was going to succeed. So that's when I started my journey again. I started out real simple.. I started eating meat & veggies- cut back chips- boy do I love my Cheetos!-- but I only miss them when I go shopping now. The grocery store should be given a big MEANNIE AWARD for putting all the chips, sodas, & candy at the registers. I wonder if they realize they are contributing to obesity! So I stand in line telling myself no over & over again. I lost some more weight & ten about the 2nd or 3rd week I tried those exercises my doctor gave me to do. Some of them where impossible!! But then I made them my ST routine-- Then I came across my first weight loss challenge! X-Weighted-- so I joined the Dwindling Divas-- it's an 8 week challenge & I set a goal to lose 10#. I succeeded and lost 18.8! I was excited! I participated in all the ATC challenges they had which I sure helped. Since then I found more challenges to join and they are doing me great! And I have increased my exercises & learned many new ones & found all kinds on YouTube. I now do some kind of exercise every day! I usually have one or two light days. My next goal is to actually get good at some of these. Some exercise I'm still faking it! LOL
