Back to my goals

Last week was my birthday and that was a confusing time for me. I wanted to go back to cutting out sugar but also felt that this was not really doable given that I did want to celebrate with food a little. Reading about elimination diets in the meantime, made for a very confusing time!
Now that my birthday is over I feel ready to take on my goals again.
* Be in bed by 11 PM
* Avoid refined sugar - and avoid eating lots of bread and cheese and other trigger foods instead, too!
* Stick to set times for meals and snacks
* 15 minutes or more per day for yoga and meditation
* strength training exercises twice a week
