Back to my goals

Last week was my birthday and that was a confusing time for me. I wanted to go back to cutting out sugar but also felt that this was not really doable given that I did want to celebrate with food a little. Reading about elimination diets in the meantime, made for a very confusing time!
Now that my birthday is over I feel ready to take on my goals again.

* Be in bed by 11 PM
* Avoid refined sugar - and avoid eating lots of bread and cheese and other trigger foods instead, too!
* Stick to set times for meals and snacks
* 15 minutes or more per day for yoga and meditation
* strength training exercises twice a week

    I thought cutting out carbs/sugar(bread!) would be hard but when I'm allowed bacon, cheese, cream cheese...so many other foods forbidden on most diets I don't feel deprived. Its been nearly 6 weeks with loss of 22+ pounds so I am loving this KETO but I do miss fruit and international delight with my morning coffee. Keep Sparkin'!

    I also read up on the elimination diet idea (Whole30) after reading one of your blogs...not so sure I could handle something that restrictive. But cutting out the refined processed food and junk sugar and scaling way back on the bread and cheese would be very do-able. I think I got some of my motivation back, I did better yesterday.

    I find eliminating items means I can go eating crazy (binge) so try not to do it!
