Not sure if I'm going to be able to post daily about my goals, but here's how it went yesterday, sunday:
* In bed on time, actually 1 hour early as I was very tired.
* Avoid refined sugar and other less-than-healthy foods: yes.
* Stuck more or less to the set times.
* 15 minutes of reading an inspring text
* no strength training
Today is going to be a very busy day and since I don't feel well, I am hoping I'll get through it all right and get done the most important stuff at home that needs to be done, too...
