    I'm doing something similar. I did up a whole year's worth of Saturday weigh in dates and have a column that has what I would like to lose every week and what I actually lose. I am ahead by about 5 weeks. It's awesome to see progress. I colour in the column with the estimates in and it's way down much further than my "real" weight loss column is. It's absolutely motivating. I got the idea off of the Half Size Me website many years ago.
