March plan and accounting for successes

Wednesday, February 28, 2018

End of February and feeling like many positive things in health plan are happening - now to add challenges of new or tougher plans...Accomplished thus far :
Water - consistently getting min. of 11 and usually 13 x 8oz water or 0 calorie tea
Gluten - totally in control for celiac - none in-home and firmer to avoid accidental out of home
Sleep - 95% on task with good sleep, min. of 7 hours in bed, using CPAP - PM Nap if needed
Steps - wearing pedometer 6days a week @ 2500+ steps with several days over 5000 and one day of 8900 on the day I attempted 5K and made it to 2.5K

Steps-at 5000 at least once a week, 3000x4 and 2000 the other 2 days
ANTI-INFLAMMATORY Foods for cardiac, arthritis, peripheral neuropathy, fibro
LOW CARB food choices 20-50gm Carbs for Pre-diabetic, and weight loss
Recording % of Carb-Pro-Fat from pie graph on the tracking page
Leaning toward Modified KETO with LOW Saturated fats for heart stents
INTERMITTENT FASTING - lengthening fasting from 14 hours to 16
FUEL SEPARATION principles of Trim Healthy Mamas - record them 95% eat on-plan 80%

This seems confusing but that is the basics - might re-write after a day or two

Like your variable step count. I tend to get stuck in a rut and do the same everyday.

You're doing so well. And itemizing what you're tracking and WHY. I'm so impressed! This is about you posting your trail for you, we get the bonus of peeks. Details are for you to decide how much you may want/ need when looking back on later. The Trim Healthy Mamas concept is new to me, have that noted to go read about.

That is quite a set of goals for March. As long as you understand and know where you are going that is all that matters. I am walking with you each step of the March way. emoticon
