FINDING THE RIGHT BALANCE

After taking it easy (yes, too easy) for the past 4 days I am once again back in the game. Senior's exercise group (mostly chair exercises) followed by an hour of water walking (my latest adventure) and then off to Physio where I really push myself. She thinks the leg looks better than last week. That I should try and get down there 2-3 times a week. That I can do two flights of stairs a day (she obviously forgot she told me I could do 10). That it's not an exact science. But definitely, doing nothing is far worse than overdoing it. I'm glad she told me to take the rest of the day off because I am exhausted. Won't have another hard day til Thursday.
