Accountability tricks

How do I stay focused and hold myself accountable for my success? Is there an app that's helpful? Has anyone found THE trick or method that has worked for you and can you share it with me? Thanks everyone.

    I don't count calories or track my food. I just eat whole foods, lots of greens, cauliflower, cabbage, fiber a little olive oil for fat and 3-4 oz of lean protein. No sugary or processed foods. It's mostly just watching your portion sizes, and staying positive and making adjustments. I been maintaining my weight this way for 17 months. Thanks to my wife's cooking. Mr. Owl

    Doing Spark challenges keeps me accountable. The spring 5% challenge will be starting soon. It lasts for 8 weeks.

    This is the app I use. I make myself get all the points every day (well almost every day). I do bare minimum 10 minutes exercise each day and then track all food. The key is in the tracking the food. You can lose with just that.
