Goal Setting
Sunday, March 25, 2018
I just read an article by a fitness expert who said goal-setting is not a useful tool because no one knows for sure what will happen after they've reached that particular goal. What nonsense. We know what will happen because we've all reached goals of some sort, and we all know that there will be speed bumps along the way, and we all know that we need to set goals in order to map out our routes. Wonder how he got his article published -- pure luck?
This site has helped me to know how to set reachable goals; yes I've hit small speed bumps along the way, and now a bigger one, but experience has taught me that I will get over it -- getting over that bump is a goal that I know I will reach. 8-)
