where is your mindset

Where is your mindset? The other week I read a quote about how as we grow up we have a catalogue of things we won’t try again cause we either failed or we didn’t do as well as our ego told us we had to. I tried a barre class and I struggled. There are days in yoga that I struggle. I definitely wasn’t cardio ready for Zumba. Sometimes i feel intimidated or upset and that feeling keeps me from trying or keeps me from going back at all. I continually have to change my mindset and remember no matter how often I stumble or how many challenges I face, I must continue to move with one foot in front of the other. This journey is neither a sprint or a marathon, it’s me moving confidently forward. And, if I enjoy something, I must ignore my ego and continue to do it because it makes my soul happy. Life is to be lived.
