I accidentally dehydrated myself.
I usually drink a lot of water at work but Tuesday I didn’t chug like I usually do. I went to barre class and it was 90 degrees in the room we worked out in. I ran a few errands feeling shaking from my workout. I drove home feeling off and sat my butt on the couch to eat some dessert and relax before bed. I became super dizzy, lost spacial awareness, had a horrible headache, was freezing and sweating at the same time.
I thought it was a migrane but turns out I was dehydrated! What a not so fun reminder to drink LOTS of water especially with summer on its way and with the exercise I do! It’s time I make sure I track my water intake better. Small positive changes add up to results!
