when listening to your body gives you an answer you don’t like

I try very hard to be in tune with my body. I think that’s why I’m upset and frustrated.
When I began this leg of my journey in January, I was told to lay off gluten and cut out dairy. I listened even though I didn’t want to. A few weeks ago I was given the go to re-introduce them into my diet.
Ever since then, my weight loss stalled and I’ve hit a plateau.
At first I thought how it’s weird I’m exercising more often but lost more weight when I wasn’t exercising and then BAM! something in my brain started shouting no, it’s what you’re eating.
So, it’s time to cut out dairy and gluten again and listen to my body.
Am I thrilled about this? No. But, my weight and health are way more important than gluten and dairy.
