what really matters

I recently stumbled upon this quote:
“what you eat in private, you wear in public”
WHOA. That one totally hit me. When I’m not staying on track, when I’m fighting my meal plan because I want a day to just eat junk food, when I stop measuring everything, when I want to give up because the scale is fighting me...I must remember how uncomfortable I feel in clothes, how uncomfortable I feel in public, how uncomfortable I feel at the beach because that’s why I’m tracking, measuring and eating food for fuel.
Studies show that weight loss is 80% diet and 20% exercise. What I eat matters! And what I eat will make the difference.
