The past month has been packed with huge weight loss journey milestones and some new adventures.
-I hit the 100 pounds lost mark the last week of April! Woot!
-This past weekend I crushed my next big goal of getting to 250 pounds! Double woot! As of today I have lost 105 pounds and I’m down 49 total inches! I took my progress pics and the change in my body is incredible!
-I celebrated my 4 month anniversary with the gym! 5am workouts have become my new normal and I love it! I’m even thinking of getting a part-time job there!
-I created a new Instagram account: @peacelovewindmills to document my weight loss journey and hopefully help motivate or inspire others to be healthier! I’ve gotten a lot of followers (mostly people I don’t know)! Feel free to follow my account…I post a lot of transformation pictures and motivational quotes!
I feel stronger, healthier, and more confident than I ever have before! I still have a long way to go, but I am super motivated and I know I can keep going!
Here’s a Face to Face transformation that blows my mind! I don’t even recognize the woman on the left!
