Shocking! The system works when you work the system.
Day 2 of “back to being honest with myself” tracking of every thing that goes into my stomach.
Day 2 of hitting 10,000 steps plus additional stationary biking.
Day 2 of seeing the numbers fall on the scale.
Yes, I’m aware of water weight and the role of hormones with water retention. But what a relief to see the numbers go in the DOWN direction for a change.
Small steps can lead to a big result if done repeatedly. Forming (and re-forming) new habits here.... I’m one happy camper today!
