I have been off SP for almost a year now and I hope to get back to visiting, exercising, and eating right! I have been inactive for so long and my health is worsening because of it. I have lost all interest in everything and all I do is try to sleep and watch tv when I can't.
I use to visit friends and walk everyday but my closest friends have moved away and I never feel good anymore. Every time I was invited to lunch or to visit, I would be sick and end up cancelling, and eventually they just quit asking. I don't know how make myself interested in anything again but I'm going to try.
I stopped going to church since it takes so much out of me just to get ready and since I work 5 days a week, I don't want to have to get up and dressed an extra day. I know that sounds lame, but it just takes so much energy to do anything anymore that I just lay in bed and try to sleep whenever I am home. I don't even get dressed on the weekends unless I have to go somewhere.
I do enjoy myself when I go out anywhere but I tire so easily, it often times doesn't feel worth it. I have gotten myself into a "Catch 22". I want to change all this now:)
