BLOG 96 ... Start Slowly

When I first started walking I hardly could make it to the mailbox! I was 318 pounds! I went slowly adding one house further to walk each day until finally 30 minutes later I could go all the way around the block! I had very sore muscles and wanted to stop every 10 minutes or so! I trudged onward until I could walk for 45 minutes! To this day that is about the time I walk! My step has quickened but the time remains the same! In high school I rain for at least 1 hour a day! I guess my point that I am trying to make here is to give it some time and go slowly! Turtles finish too!

    Awesome! I also had to start out slowly. Walking is still my thing as well. Keep it up, my dear. It's a great form of exercise.

    I have to walk slower here as the terrain isn't level. Very hilly. I love to walk outdoors though.
