BLOG 97 ... Get Into A Routine

Over the years I have mad a habit of many things! I get up about the same times every day! I shower, eat my breakfast, lunch and dinner about the same time daily! I have certain times of the day I watch tv, do the dishes, journal and lay out my clothes for the morning! Exercising however seemed to be when I found the time or was in the mood! Getting on a schedule makes me more likely to stick with a program rather than just when I might find the free time! I had to make it as regular as brushing my teeth!
