The fight is the same. I though once I reached my weight goal it would be easier, but how wrong was I. It is still quite a journey, however, I will never give up, I will continue to fight on.

Doable and possible! Just as you thought weight loss was impossible, here you are! Maintainance is possible but takes persistence and diligence! Finding balanced nutrition and fitness is key! Working out the mind games is tough.
Wish that I could say it is easy. Slips happen. I've been slipping lately but I am determined not to give up. This is what brought me to your page...thanks for the blog support "Today I will do this." Just came by to say thanks! And the bonus was reading through a few of yours! Spark is a great place! Good for you! Losing weight is hard - hard to make the daily choices that we know will move us forward. Maintaining is hard in its own way too. As long as we realize AND accept that what we did to lose weight is what we'll continue to do, it's not that hard. What I find challenging is to find the right balance. Sure I can have French fries in moderation once in a while and I can have cake too..once in a while. You'll figure it out. Moderation is probably different for all of us.
