Well today went well.
Green Juice ( pear, romaine lettuce, apple, lemon, cucumber)
1 cup of Coffee
1 cup of Green TEa
2 hard boiled eggs
almonds, green onions, snow peas
Cherry tomatoes, hummus, squash, kale, garlic
Spinach and ARugla
hard Boiled Egg
Black olives, Green Olives, Scrambled Egg, 1 head of romaine lettuce, brown rice, black beans, Kale, avocoado, lime, garlic, Cherry tomatoes, yellow onion, carrots
DRank about 90 onces of water today.
I went to the gym and worked out. Did about 20 mins of cardo and some weight lifting.
