Anxiety abounds! 😬😲😵😱 So much nervous energy, a lot going on and not a damn thing I can do about any of it and it's driving me beyond crazy! My thoughts go everywhere ... mostly places I dont want to be ... and my tendency is to deal with that in less than health ways. I doubled up my workout to try and help burn off some of that anxious energy and to help curb that bad behavior ... wasn't 100% effective but it did help a lot. 💪♥️👍

    Stay active...that is great for the mind and the body! emoticon If there is nothing you can do about something...try to release it from your mind by making a contract with yourself that you will write it down and worry about it tomorrow. If that is not possible for you...try to set a timer to worry for only 10 minutes...and move on!

    You write well; have you tried journaling? Putting your worries on paper may help lessen them, give you ideas or add a peaceful feeling.
