This is my tenth day without a soda. While getting dinner I was joking with my hubby n trying to grab his dr pepper from his hands. He played along (which I love), I said "If i get it from your hands. ITS MINE!" With a death grip he responds "That's IF you can get it from my hands! 😁 We gently wrestled the can back n forth, not to shake it up. He started to lose his grip saying "Even if u do get from me, you can't have it anyways. Its empty nasty calories carbs and sugar, that u dont need." I simply smiled n let the can go. But honestly 50% of me wanted to ripped that can from his hands, run to the nearest locking door, and CHUG THE WHOLE CAN!!! (Sorry the Beast of Cravings came out) 🦁 (I'm a Leo) But I can honestly say that I'm so proud of myself! I am feeling better n better every day. I'm drinking a little more water each day. Today I'm working on 11 cups. I was inform that I added to add pink Himalaya salt to my morning water? Can anyone tell me why this is? And if I truly do need to start doing this, I'm drinking water from a 24 oz bottle. How much pink salt do I add?
