Unilateral exercises - work on your balance

SP article today on why we should do unilateral exercises, and one major reason is to work on balance.
That's a good point. I've noticed in my golf swing that my balance is off, (just one of many problems with the golf game). Nonetheless, working on balance exercises may help, and certainly, as we get older, balance is key.
So, while they may not burn many calories, add some balance training to your routine!
