I haven't blogged in a long time. I have lost 80 pounds but the last year I've only maintained. At present I'm up about 5 pounds from my lowest weight. I'm not obsessing about it but I am a little concerned. I know I've eaten more than I had been and it's been more often .....not occasionally. Three years ago I would never have believed I would be walking at least 10000 steps more days than not. 5000 is the least I allow myself. It kind of amazes me how much easier it is to acquire those steps than when I first began. I also go to a fitness class that a trainer conducts and we have done planks and modified push ups (not made it to a regular push up yet)........and even more astonishing is I enjoy these classes and hate to miss even one. When I have it just feels so good to get back in the groove. I've changed and I am hoping to get my eating back in control. Today is my first day to track my food. Sometimes we just have to put our head down and forge ahead.
