What a difference a day makes!

Saturday, July 14, 2018

Thank you for the kind words on yesterday’s blog, today I am doing much better and, as usual, by putting my faith in God, sunshine is bright today. First and foremost, slept somewhat better, and forced myself to stay in bed until 10. Fitness accomplished, and decided to weigh in.
My weigh in last week produced zero change, particularly depressing since I was .6 from minus 200, a big milestone for me. My journey has been a long one with one 7 month big burp,
but, reality brought me back to Spark, where I am most at home.
This am, weight was down 6.6 pounds, a total loss from 535 at my highest to 329.0 today,
for a loss of 206 pounds. I also in my doctors visit had a new A1c, one of the realities that in April, while hospitalized with viral and bacterial pneumonia, my A1c was reported at 7.0, oops you are a diabetic, insulin, the whole bit continuing while in rehab +6weeks etc.
My family doc has always been so proud of me, and who has been an anchor in my care,
and in 20 years I have been 5.2 to 5.8 and at my highest weights. He took me off of everything after reviewing my 4 daily check log, and reports that I am 5.2. I am not diabetic and while I will continue to test twice daily, I am thrilled. Between the weight loss, A1c, and
sleep, I am so much better. Reason for false report they belueve may have been concentrated steriods and 3 antibiotics!
My fatter pictures are limited, some people say they are sending some my way, but, I hid out
pretty well. lol. Will hope to post those oldies but goodies soon.
My next goal: 299 by 12/21/2018 I was trying for 300, but want that new 100 band!!
Sweet Saturday to all of you.
