Hi everyone!!
I have started a new workout that is 6 weeks long.It is made up of two workouts one called
HIIT Afterburn and the other is called Undefeated!
They alternate days, definitely my kind of up beat heart pumping Boxing and MMA moves! Very hard and intense!
Started today July 29th 2018, I am so pumped and ready for this!
