Rest for Success

Day 18 on the 30 day Plateau-Busting Challenge said to write a blog (this is my first blog). The day 18 is about how important it is to rest. I am afraid not to move everyday! In the past when I did have rest days, one day goes to two days, to more days and then I do not want to go for a walk at all! My goal right now is to walk 6 miles a day, but tomorrow I head back to work, teaching. I do walk at school some days 3 miles when the weather permits. My new plan will be to walk when I get home from work for an hour and not 2 and a half hours like I have been doing for the past 2-3 weeks. I am too nervous to have a rest day!
