I'm on a "downward trend" of weight loss is the vague way I describe what I'm doing so I don't flip out that I'm not losing more weight at a faster pace. Old habits die very hard around here. I can walk 3 miles in hot humid weather and lift light weights for some upper body toning. Yes, I'm trying hard to keep it positive and not giving my self-doubt a foothold to derail my efforts.Since June 4, 2018, I am down 9.4 lbs. From my all time high I am down 14.4 lbs. The SP BMI calculates that I am in the overweight range, but just barely.
