Life has been a little crazy and I have put myself on the back burner. Well, now it's all about me, myself and I. Refocusing and getting back to where I want to be for a healthier life takes some work in the beginning. It will become easier as I get back into a routine - I should know I've done it multiple times. Start slow and keep going. So to begin again.

1. Journal all food intake
2. Drink water
3. Eat colorful
4. Exercise
