Two and a half Month Update

Sorry I'm a little late with my monthly update but I am still sticking with my health plan and goals here. Down 17 pounds since coming back the beginning of June so I'm pleased with that amount and it's slow enough to be the right kind of healthy weight loss that should stay off. It's hard for me to only see 1 or 2 pounds down every week when I know I am following everything I should but I know this is the right way to do it. I am signed up on the Crystal Tigers for the Fall BeLeaf in Yourself challenge and I'm sure that will help keep me motivated and maybe even lose a little faster. I can hardly wait for it to start but it's over a week before we actually get going so I will post how it's going next month on my update. Have to add that I feel stronger and more vital the more I eat right and exercise so I can hardly wait to see how great I'll feel when I lose the rest of my 50+ pounds!
