CHANGES

So I joined this awesome bunch of people in a fat burning and weight loss group. I just met them in person tonight for the first time. We did weigh ins, body fat counts,etc. We talked about what we ate, our exercise plan,etc..the normal "group" chat. We all are different. Every body is unique. Some will lose weight and inches fast, some will not lose doing the same thing as everyone else. I think it boils down to CHANGES. If your life is hectic and you're eating fast food every meal it's not good. If you're living an inactive lifestyle,that's not good. If you eat too many fat,too many carbs, too many calories..it's not good. If you don't eat enough fats, carbs,calories..it's not good. Our bodies were made to move. Just a few better choices, a little change here and there..make it stick. You'll feel better about yourself, you'll be a little healthier...CHANGES IN DIET AFFECTS CHANGES IN MOOD,AFFECTS EATING HABITS, AFFECTS BODILY FUNCTIONS...ITS ALL ABOUT CHANGE, NOT A NUMBER ON THE SCALE..NOT A DRESS SIZE. EMBRACE CHANGE AND ENHANCE YOUR LIFE😁
