Physio therapy

Had to visit my physio therapist today...learned I had a lot of damage to my thoraxic spine...general part of ageing...been given exercise to do ,so now I will have to plan my day better... I usually get up for work at 4:15 am....will have to get up at 4am to fit it into my day..
I seem to handle mornings better then trying to fit it into my day...I go to the track for 30 minutes or more after work and then I walk the dog after supper...
It is important that I keep the pain in my back and joints away as it looks like I have to work till I'm at least 75...unfortunately the way the government is going here in Canada...
Strength training is key at my age...so the plan is to stick to it...wishing me luck... emoticon
