And three weeks after my last post I’m still plugging along! I don’t weigh myself all the time now, but when I do, I’ve been between 170-175 which is what I’m going for so that’s happy! However, yesterday I stepped on and it read 169.0. I got off, reset it, and stepped on again. 169.0 Which is significant, because if I was 169.2, the BMI chart would say I’m overweight, BUT, at 169.0, I AM AVERAGE EVERYONE!!!! Ave-rage! Ave-rage! It’s pretty amazing really. I don’t even have a solid timeframe for the last time I weighed in the 160’s... it would have to be either very early college or possibly High School. I played soccer in college, so it’s likely I was around this weight at some point my freshman year, but also I had a lot of muscle on me, so I may have been heavier (but more well defined lol). But no complaints from me!! It’s kind of amazing really. I’m a pretty solid size 12, I can fit into some size 10 stuff, my shirts are Mediums now mostly, I am large-boned, so I know for a lot of folks 160’s and size 10-12’s aren’t ideal, but when I was 15 and playing soccer all day I was a size 10, so I know there really is no getting smaller than that for me. I wasn’t even full grown at 15, so with how my hips are - this is as good as it gets! I do want to get back into going to the gym, tightening some stuff up, toning, etc, but I’m just happy that I seem to have found a good maintenance balance with still a little bit of loss every now and then!
