Our blog assignment for week 1 of the BSG challenge for September is to review our August goals and set our September goals.
I don't remember much of my August goals, sad to say. But I do know tracking and staying in calorie range was one of them. I did pretty good at tracking my nutrition most of the month but not so much as staying in calorie range at the beginning but did well at the end.
So my September goals:
-Track my nutrition and stay within calorie range.
- Complete my circles on my Apple watch everyday.(Been doing good on this every month)
- Try to spark daily and keep up with all my spark team/challenges.
- drink my water
- have a lost on the damn scale and keep it off
