Up 8 lbs this month... BLEH.. I know I haven't been eating as healthy the last few weeks, and I haven't been exercising much. I'm getting back on track, starting today. The last thing I need is to gain MORE weight before the holidays even start. The good news is the smaller pairs of jeans I have bought are still fitting, so I don't have to buy any more clothing. I need to get back on a schedule at the gym. No more excuses this month.
