Fall Food & Exercise Goals

I am trying out the 5% Fall Challenge that starts up on October 6th. Recently I've been on a roller coaster of having a few good days - (by good days I mean days of making good food and fitness choices) - followed by a few bad days - (by bad days I mean NOT making good food and fitness choices). Joining the 5% Fall Challenge will give me the opportunity to motivate myself and be supportive of others.
My exercise goals for the challenge are:
Weeks 1-3: 30 minutes of exercise 5X per week via treadmill, walking outdoors, walking with Leslie Sansone, recumbent bike, Bow flex, other exercise DVD's.
Weeks 4-6: 45 minutes of exercise 5X per week (via the same resources).
Weeks 7-8: Continue with 45 minutes (or more) exercise 5X per week plus add a step goal (to be determined at that time).
My food goals:
1. To stay within my calorie range each day.
2. Make daily use of the food tracker.
3. Primarily shop the perimeter of the grocery store.
By the end of the challenge, I will be further along on this journey. I anticipate a successful challenge.
