09/12/2018 Where I’m At Today

Today is a good day. Finished my exercising and meal planning for the day.

Today I am letting go of my past. I am cleaning out my closets of all the various size clothes I've hung onto always fearing I would gradually gain all the weight back. It seems as if I'm maintain now the last 6 months.

I have learned that I need to exercise, eat properly, log everything (because my mind can play tricks on me) and stay up to date on information relating to my disease of diabetes. It sounds as if its a lot of work, but I prefer doing this than what I had to do when I got out of the hospital.

I need to stay dedicated to the program because I know I could backslide at any time.

    Bill,
    holding your weight for 6 months is a habit, it is now part of who you are.

    I agree, if you don't log you think that you didn't eat that much. You have some dark chocolate, and then later a little more, and later a little more, and in the end its half a bar a day, not one or two squares.

    WW suggests donating larger sized clothes so a person won't have a reason to rationalize gaining weight.
