I Need Help

So, a lot has went on in my life in the past month or two since I've logged in. I work two jobs, one which is full time and the other is at least two weekend days a month. I have two kids and.....I started nursing school! I am extremely excited about this but the stress, the fact that I am not home, and the lack of time have my weight climbing at a pace quicker then I expected. I know I KNOW it needs to slow down and i know I need to find a place in the days to take time to not work or study but rather work out, relax and make sure I am eating well but its so hard. I have resorted to spending money I dont have on food my body doesnt need but its convienent. I need some tips or tricks for eating on the go. I can carry healthy snacks that dont need to be refrigerated or warmed but as for actual meals I am stumped. HELP!
